if ur standing still put ur foot right on the tail and ur other foot in the middle of the board and both of ur feet should be like on ur tipy toes and then really stomp the tail and jump as high as u can along with the board but for moving ollies keep ur foot that's on the tail on ur tipy toes but ur other foot closer to the bolts and don't go on
ur tipy toes with that foot cause ul loose balance
