the trick for me is to put ur back foot on the tip of the tail and on the opposite side. so on the opposite side of the tail from an ollie. then just scoop realy frickin hard with ur back foot and ur front foot dosnt even need to flick tht hard...just kinda push it out a lil as u scoop. hope i helped =)
